George Alvarez is one of the most dedicated, professional, honest, hard working and committed real estate agent in the Southern California area.

George Alvarez is native of Mexico, and he studied one year of college in Mexico City; he has lived the last 30 years in Los Angeles County area.

Due to his professionalism, hard working and honesty he became a U.S. CITIZEN.

Before George began working as a Real Estate Agent he worked in a factory for 19 years, due to his loyalty, hard working and honesty he earn a management position.

George’s in depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Economics, Property Management, Real Estate Financing, Real Estate Exchanges, Real Estate Taxation, Creative Financing and Management Classes.

Due to George’s desire to continue helping his clients he studied to become a Notary Public and received his license, and he took an Income Tax course from         H & R BLOCK also he become a REALTOR.

George’s customers and clients continually comment on his warm personality and personal commitment in making their real estate transactions a pleasurable experience.
